Masculinities studies has expanded significantly across disciplines and emerging contexts including entrepreneurship, healthcare, education, and politics. Recent scholarship increasingly adopts constructivist, decolonial, and intersectional approaches to understand how men enact masculine identities at work. This special issue invites contributions that deepen understanding of how gender shapes social arrangements and well-being in contemporary work and organisational contexts.

The journal seeks further analysis exploring these complex relationships between gender, power, hierarchy, and organisational dynamics.
