    <p>This special issue invites research that extends sensory and consumer science methodologies beyond traditional food applications. The focus is on exploring how sensory evaluation techniques and consumer science frameworks can be applied to diverse domains outside the food industry, broadening the understanding of sensory perception across different product categories and experiences.</p>
    
    <p>The special issue welcomes contributions that demonstrate innovative uses of sensory science in non-food sectors, examine consumer responses to multisensory stimuli in various contexts, and showcase how established sensory evaluation methods can be adapted and applied in new fields.</p>
