    <p>This special issue seeks to advance research on how stakeholder theory and responsible business practices shape modern corporate governance. The editors welcome contributions that explore stakeholder-centered governance approaches within current institutional contexts, drawing on diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives.</p>
    
    <p>The special issue is open to scholars from multiple disciplines including management, strategy, ethics, finance, accounting, and law who wish to contribute conceptual analyses, empirical studies, or theory-building work on these topics.</p>
